Actuator View

To access this pane:
On the View menu, click Actuator View.

The Actuator View window provides a graphical indication of the position of all position control axes in the RMC. The graphic displayed depends on the configuration of the Linear/Rotary bit parameter.

Linear Axes: Displayed as a hydraulic cylinder.
- Range: The endpoints are defined by the Positive and Negative Travel Limits axis parameters.
Rotary Axes: Displayed as a rotary encoder.
- Range: The rotary actuator moves from the Position Offset to the Position Offset + Position Unwind. For example, if the position offset is -180 and the position unwind is 360, the displayed position will span -180 to 180. If the position offset is zero and the position unwind is 360, the displayed position will span 0 to 360.

The Actuator View window is a dockable pane and can be docked and moved as described in the Dockable Panes section of Using the RMCTools Interface.
