Hands-on, Instructor-Led Internet Training
Delta provides 2-day, 4 hour/day Live Online Training Courses that are fully interactive with an actual Delta RMC motion controller for each student (accessed via Internet). The hands-on, instructor-led training covers setup, tuning, programming and diagnostics of RMC motion controllers for closed loop position and velocity control through a series of lessons and lab exercises.
Course Material, Lab Sessions, and Structure
The class consists of technical training on the RMC70, RMC150, or RMC200 motion controllers. Each eight-hour class will be spread over two consecutive days, and includes labs and breaks.

Times are typically 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time. The times and content can be modified to accommodate special situations.

Typical topics include the setup, tuning, programming, and diagnostics of an RMC controller. Customized courses can be developed based on specific customer requests.

Lab manuals and guides will be mailed to attendees prior to sessions.
Delivery Method and Participant Requirements
Free Microsoft software and a standard telephone connection or microphone and speakers is used to deliver the training session.
All participants must verify that they have a working high-speed internet connection, can connect to an RMC provided for the training, and connect to the GoToMeeting session before the scheduled training begins. Connection instructions and the required software will be provided by Delta when the participant registers for the class.

Technical Training
This two-day, hands-on course is designed for beginners who want a solid foundation in motion control. Participants work directly with real systems to learn the essentials of setting up, tuning, and using RMC motion controllers in practical applications.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to begin using RMC controllers in real projects. The training is structured to be efficient, focused, and immediately applicable.
Delta Motion training emphasizes real-world use, with extensive hands-on exercises throughout the course. Training can be held at our facility or on-site at your location. Custom training options are also available.
RMCTools Technical Training - 2 Day Course
This beginner-level course provides the core skills needed to start using RMC motion controllers in real applications.
- 8 hours per day and includes lunch

(RMCWin and RMC100 are available by special request)

Advanced Technical Training
This three-day course provides an in-depth look at advanced motion control concepts through hands-on breakout sessions using live hydraulic and electric systems.
Participants gain deeper mastery of Delta Motion’s RMC controllers and RMCTools software, learning how to apply advanced features, refine control performance, and solve complex motion challenges in real applications.
RMCTools Advanced Technical Training - 3 Day Course
This advanced course covers in-depth topics and includes extensive hands-on exercises with real equipment to reinforce learning.
Prerequisite includes attendance of a Basic Training.
- 8 hours per day and includes lunch
